For the first time during this year’s Arctic Frontiers conference, we conducted a series of short interviews with some of the many speakers and participants at the conference. This project is a collaboration between The Arctic Institute, Arctic Frontiers, and the GeoNorth program. In this interview, we hear from David Fluharty, Associate Professor at the School of Marine and Environmental Affairs, University of Washington, about the unknowns that remain in Arctic resource management, particularly as the environment changes.
